This is an excellent performance overall, but what has our listening ears fulfilled is the performance of Vaughan Williams, The Lark Ascending in its original version, i.e., composed for violin and piano.
This Pike-Rocscoe recording allows one to experience the beauty and serenity of the countryside; an exceptional gift for these days of difficulties.
